As we all know, the welding efficiency of aluminum welding machines is very high, but the equipment has relatively high requirements for the welding environment.   1. 　Humidity range: The relative humidity of the air is less than 95%

Shock and vibration: The welding machine installation site should be far away from equipment with intense vibration, such as large-ton punches, air compressors, etc., to avoid malfunction of control equipment.

  1. Temperature: Operating ambient temperature of welding equipment: 5℃- +50℃.
  2. Water source:

The cooling water pressure is generally not less than 0.15Mpa, and the inlet water temperature is not higher than 30 degrees. The water quality is required to be pure to reduce leakage or cause pipeline blockage and other fault phenomena. In a site with multiple welding machines working, when the water source pressure is too low or unstable, a dedicated cooling water circulation system should be set up. The water inlet and outlet connections are connected with φ8mm network pipes or water pipes.

  1. Peripheral connection:

Before installing the Kumagai welder, check the welder carefully. After the welder has been transported or stored for a long time, be sure to carefully check the connection status of all bolt connections, and tighten all loose bolts and nuts. The installation site should be free of corrosive, flammable and explosive gases, liquids, such as gasoline, etc., to avoid fire.

  1. Air source:

The air source pressure is required to be stable, and the compressed air pressure must not be lower than 0.5Mpa. If necessary, an air storage tank should be placed next to the welding machine, and the inner diameter φ12mm wire clamping hose should be clamped on the air inlet of the three elements with a hose clamp.

  1. Fixing of aluminum welding machine:
The installation position of the welding machine should not be ≤1.2 meters away from the wall to facilitate maintenance of the welding machine and heat dissipation of the welding machine. Use φ16X100MM anchor bolts to fix the welder, and add shock-proof rubber during installation.
